This is my first post on my new journal. I’m just about ready to get gastric sleeve surgery for the purpose of taking off weight and thereby living longer. In my case I have several co-morbidity items. The main one is T2 Diabetes. A set of oral medications have worked fairly well for years, but they are not doing it well enough. now.
